How to play online
- Open the Iron Horizon app on your Mac and go to the Multiplayer tab on the start screen.
- To host: pick a difficulty and map size, then press Host a new game. Your game appears in the list above with its code. Keep the app open: your computer runs the game.
- To join: pick a game from the list in the app, or type its code under Join with a code.
- If the host quits, another player takes over and the game carries on.
Each player only controls their own company. Messages pass through this hub, so players never see each other's IP addresses.
Download the app
After unzipping, run "Open Iron Horizon (first time).command" once. It signs the app on your Mac so macOS will open it.
